1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time: 4–20 business days
This includes:
- Processing time
- Transit time with the carrier
3. Important Shipping Notice
By placing an order with ILLUSTORY, you agree that:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- High order volume
➡️ Delays within the estimated timeframe do NOT qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks
4. Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers are provided once your order is shipped
- Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the system
Customers agree to:
- Allow time for tracking updates before contacting support
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- ILLUSTORY is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
- No refunds or replacements will be issued
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If you purchased Shipping Protection:
You are eligible for:
- Replacement or refund for:
- Lost packages
- Damaged items
- Stolen deliveries (when applicable)
If you did NOT purchase Shipping Protection:
- The customer assumes full responsibility once the package is shipped
- ILLUSTORY is not liable for:
- Lost packages
- Damaged items
- Theft after delivery
➡️ No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases
7. Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for:
- Monitoring tracking updates
- Contacting the carrier if necessary
If a package is marked as delivered, ILLUSTORY considers the order fulfilled.
8. Customs, Duties & International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customs fees, taxes, or duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
- Delays due to customs are outside of our control
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
