By placing an order on ILLUSTORY, you agree to all terms outlined in this Return, Refund, and Chargeback Policy.

All sales are considered final, except where explicitly stated below.


2. Delivery Time & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within standard fulfillment timelines.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–20 business days.

Please note:

  • Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or high demand.

By purchasing from ILLUSTORY, you agree that:

  • Delivery delays within this timeframe do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
  • Customers must wait the full delivery window before requesting support.

3. Discounted & Final Sale Items

  • All discounted, promotional, or special offer items are considered FINAL SALE.
  • These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

4. Shipping Protection (Important)

ILLUSTORY offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

If Shipping Protection is purchased:

You are eligible for:

  • Replacement or refund in case of:
    • Lost packages
    • Damaged items
    • Stolen deliveries (when applicable)

If Shipping Protection is NOT purchased:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our facility.
  • ILLUSTORY is not liable for:
    • Lost packages
    • Damaged items
    • Carrier-related delivery issues

No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.


5. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following condition:

  • The product arrives defective due to a manufacturing issue, with clear evidence provided.

Requirements:

  • Claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof (photo/video) is required.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failure to review product details
  • Shipping delays within stated timeframe
  • Items not in original condition

All disputes will be challenged with evidence including:

  • Shipping tracking & delivery confirmation

  • Submit all evidence to your bank/payment provider
  • Report fraudulent behavior
  • Restrict or block future purchases
